Leather Factory USA sells two product lines that ship differently: made-to-order leather jackets and ready-to-ship leather bags. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value.

Leather jackets (made to order)

  • Every jacket is made to order. Production starts only after you confirm your measurements.
  • Delivery takes 7–14 business days in total, including production and shipping, counted from the day you confirm your measurements.
  • Shipping within the United States is free.
  • When your jacket ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Leather bags (ready to ship)

  • Our genuine cowhide and hair-on cowhide bags are ready to ship and are sent from within the United States.
  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping within the United States is free.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can occasionally add time, and we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has stopped updating, your parcel shows as delivered but has not arrived, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. For damaged parcels, include your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will look into it with the carrier and help resolve it.

International orders

This policy covers delivery within the United States. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us before you order so we can confirm availability, cost and timing.
