1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Leather Factory USA (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

2) Made-to-Order Leather Jackets & Size Confirmation

Most of our leather jackets are produced made-to-order.

After you place an order, we may contact you by email to confirm:

Size and/or measurements (where applicable)
Design details and specifications

Your email confirmation is final authorization to begin production.
Once production starts, the order becomes final and non-cancellable, except where we have made an error or there is a verified manufacturing defect.

3) Returns & Refunds (Important)

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

In general:

We do not accept returns for change of mind, gift preference, ordering multiple sizes, or fit preference after size approval.
We will support you if there is a verified defect, wrong item shipped, or a production error on our side.

4) Product Information & Colors

We work hard to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and natural leather variation.

5) Pricing, Availability & Order Limits

Prices, product availability, and offers may change at any time without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unusual ordering patterns (including ordering multiple sizes with intent to return).

6) Shipping & Delivery Confirmation

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

A shipment marked “Delivered” by the carrier (including photo proof or tracking confirmation) is treated as successful delivery.

7) Prohibited Misuse

You may not use our site or services for unlawful activity, fraud, chargeback abuse, hacking, scraping, or transmitting malicious code. We may refuse service or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.

8) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses caused by delays outside our control, customer sizing preference after approval, or subjective expectations once the product is produced per confirmed specifications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For international orders, you agree that disputes will be handled under U.S. law.
