Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production

Leather Factory USA produces most jackets made-to-order.

  • After your order is placed, we may contact you by email to confirm size and specifications.

  • Production begins only after confirmation is received.

  • Standard production time: 3–5 business days (may vary during high-volume periods or for special designs).

During peak seasons or sales, production timelines may be longer. Customers will be informed if delays occur.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched via express courier.

  • Estimated shipping time: 5–10 business days

  • Total estimated time (production + shipping): 8–15 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, courier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Cut-Off Time

  • 6:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday

  • Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

We ship worldwide using trusted express couriers, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

Carrier selection depends on destination and availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

A shipment marked “Delivered” by the carrier (including tracking confirmation or delivery photo) is considered successfully delivered.

  • Prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • Any applicable fees are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Leather Factory USA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
